Why go to Fulton Market
Fulton Market was the city's wholesale meat and produce district for a century. The loading docks and cold-storage buildings are still here, including ours, but they now hold test kitchens, design studios, tech offices and some of the most booked restaurants in Chicago.
Walk east along Fulton and Randolph in the evening and you will pass wood-fire grills, natural wine bars, a ramen counter and a rooftop or two. Weekday mornings are quieter and good for coffee and a run along the warehouse blocks before the offices fill.
